Promote awareness and provide information, advice and advocacy work relating to African migration.
Research, and disseminate information on the push and pull factors which cause thousands of African migrants to take risky journeys in search of a better life in the UK and other European countries
Strive to change African national and donor development policies to bring about equitable access to public services and opportunities in order to eliminate the causes of irregular migration.
Stimulate wide public debate on the need to promote trade as an alternative to aid if Africa is to achieve sustainable reduction in poverty, which is a major contributory factor to irregular migration
Collaborate with environmental, human rights and development groups in the UK and internationally to ensure holistic approach to tackling irregular African migration.
Mobilise African Diaspora in the UK and internationally to contribute ideas aimed tackling the causes of irregular migration.
